The exterior and interior are both very high quality smooth Italian leather. The pocket size has 6 rings to fit Filofax inserts and Filofax pages. Inside, the left hand side has 4 horizontal cut edge credit card pockets with a full-length pocket behind. The right hand side has a full length vertical zip pocket with pen loop. The cover is is closed with a press stud and leather tab.
