The exterior and interior are both very high quality smooth Italian leather. The pocket size has 6 rings to fit Filofax inserts and Filofax pages. Inside, the left hand side has two cut out credit card pockets, one multipurpose cut out pocket and a full-length pocket behind. The right hand side has a full length mesh zippered pocket with pen loop. The cover is closed with a press stud and leather tab and there is a full-width external pocket.
