The exterior and interior are both very high quality smooth Italian leather. The slimline size has 6 rings to fit Filofax inserts and Filofax pages. It is a thin, wallet style construction without the bulk of heavy rings or a button closure.

Inside, the left hand side has five cut out credit card pockets, one multipurpose cut out pocket with full-length pocket behind and a pen loop. The right hand side has a full length vertical pocket.
