Our Simple 30 Day Return Policy - Exchanges and Refunds
Not 100% sure what you want? Relax, products purchased from NoteMaker automatically include a 40-day exchange/refund option (Please note: this excludes items in the sale category, bulk purchases and e-gift cards).
All returned items need to be in perfect unused condition complete with original packaging. Should the product not be in original condition, please contact us before returning it. There is a $15.00 service and repacking charge for any returned items not in original unopened condition. NoteMaker is not responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
PLEASE NOTE: Strictly no refunds available on custom seals, custom embossers or other customised items unless they are faulty.
Refunds: Your refund will be for the item, not for the original postage costs. If your item was sent with free shipping, we may withold the cost of the original postage.
Exchanges: You will be responsible for the return postage to get the item back to NoteMaker and you will need to pay for postage again if it's below the 'free shipping' threshold.
How to make a return
If for whatever reason you’d like to exchange your purchase for another, simply log in to your account to lodge a return request:
1. Log into your NoteMaker account and click My Orders
2. Select View next to the order you'd like to return.
3. Click Return at the top of the order and complete the form making sure to add all of the items you'd like to return from that order.
4. You'll receive an Authorised email from us. Pack your items and return to the address supplied (PO Box 1275, Collingwood, VIC, 3066). Easy!

SENDING YOUR RETURN ITEMS
We recommend that you return your unwanted items using registered post or trackable courier. We will not be held responsible if returned items are lost in transit.
If the item is faulty, damaged or significantly not as described, NoteMaker will cover all postage costs and provide a full refund.
SALE & BULK ORDERS
Products purchased in large quantities or at reduced rates may not be returned or exchanged.
We are no longer accepting returns of dated 2017 diaries or calendars.
In the rare case that you receive a faulty or damaged product upon delivery, simply email us with your order number and a picture of the damage.
All faulty/damaged goods must be returned to us for inspection.
