The Rhodia Office Spiral Bound Pad #18 is an A4 reporter style notebook made of especially tough yet luxurious materials. It's perfect for the workplace and offers much more utility than meets the eye at a glance.

The cover is made of recycled polypropylene. This means it has rigid corners that do not 'dog ear' easily, if at all. It is bound at the top by double O-spiral binding and supported at the back by thick cardboard. This means it is comfortable to write on when you are not at a desk or table. Beneath the cover are 80 sheets (160 pages) of super thick, super smooth 80gsm Rhodia Paper. Each sheet can be written on both sides no matter what pen you like to use. Each sheet is perforated so that you can easily and neatly remove it once no longer needed.

The paper is bright white with lines spaced at 8mm. The Pd 18 also has a folded slip pocket inside the back cover for storing and carrying loose papers. Your pen will glide effortlessly across the page, making all of those tasks, notes to self and action steps actually enjoyable!

The Book of Ninja Review by Racinethe
This stealthy little number ticks all the boxes for a reliable, hardy and classy notebook. It is the Ninja of Notebooks! And there is something rather appealing and comforting about top wire bound notebooks (or is that my own personal idiosyncrasy?). The black cover looks professional and is highly durable; and it is made of recycled materials. The paper is sourced from sustainable forests. So you can look slick and smart and environmentally friendly with this little number tucked under your arm as you march into the Board Room to meet those big executives. The paper, as with all Rhodia products, is suitable for use with a fountain pen. Personally, I am an aficionada (linguistic notes: if I were male, I would be an aficionado) of Lamy which partners well with this paper. Try it with the new limited edition Pacific Blue ink. Alternatively, the Palomino Blackwing is a suitable companion. In summary, this is yet another example why Rhodia has a cult following. (Posted on 24/05/2017)
